Sukku coffee: the monsoon cup

Sukku coffee has no coffee in it. Dry ginger, pepper, coriander seed and cumin are roasted and ground with palm candy, and hot water does the rest. It is the cup most homes make when the rain sets in. Because it is caffeine free, it works late in the evening too.
