Order confirmation: after you place an order request, our team confirms the items, final amount and delivery on WhatsApp or by phone. Dispatch: confirmed orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery time: 2-5 working days within Tamil Nadu and 4-7 working days for the rest of India, depending on your pincode. Delivery charges: delivery is free on orders above the free-delivery value shown on the site. Below that, a flat delivery fee applies and is confirmed before dispatch. Tracking: once your parcel is handed to the courier we share the tracking details on WhatsApp. Please review and edit these timelines in Admin so they match your actual courier partners.
